DocForge: Typeset PDF Documents from a Plain-Language Brief
DocForge is built for the person who knows what a document should say but not how to lay it out. A visitor picks a document type and describes it in a couple of sentences; DocForge drafts the sections and typesets them with the Typst engine into a PDF with covers, KPI cards, charts and tables. The live site lists 17 document types, from reports, proposals and invoices to resumes, roadmaps, investor pitches and board reports, in 30 themes and two page sizes (Letter and A4). It leads with output rather than promises: a gallery of 23 example documents, every one a real PDF produced by the engine and cached so it opens instantly. The page also describes an optional Deep research step powered by DeepLens, charts drawn as editable vector exhibits, and a 24-hour "Your documents" area after which files are deleted. Generation itself was not exercised for this case study, so it describes the public site and its example output only. The output is PDF; DocForge does not produce PowerPoint files.

The Challenge
A business document is usually needed quickly, and the content is often already in someone's head. What takes the time is the rest: choosing a structure, fighting a word processor's layout, building charts and tables, and making it look like something a client would trust. What is needed is a way to say what the document is and who it is for, and get back a finished, typeset PDF, with real examples to judge before trying it.

Your documents
The site states that generated documents are kept for 24 hours in "Your documents", with a countdown, and then deleted.
