Privacy Policy

I keep this short and honest. Here is exactly what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Effective date: June 14, 2026

Who I am

This site is my personal practice as an independent AI systems engineer, operated by Aashapura LLC. When this policy says "I", "me", or "my", it means me as the person and data controller behind this site. If you have any question about your data, email me at [email protected].

What I collect

I only collect what I need to talk with you and improve the site:

  • Email and message details you give me. When you message me through the concierge chat, request your free scan report, send a contact request, or subscribe to the newsletter, I collect the email address and any details you choose to share (such as your name, company, project type, or the message itself).
  • Free scan inputs. If you run the free scan, I receive the URL you submit and the resulting score so I can show you the result and, only if you ask, send a fuller report.
  • Analytics and technical data. I use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate session activity, referrer, browser and device type, and screen size. This is used in aggregate to improve the site.
  • Local storage identifiers. The site stores small random identifiers in your browser (session and visitor IDs) so analytics can tell repeat visits apart. These are not used to track you across other websites.

I do not knowingly collect data from children, and I do not collect special-category data (such as health or biometric data) through this site.

Why I collect it

  • To answer your messages and follow up on projects you ask about.
  • To send you the scan report or newsletter you requested.
  • To understand, in aggregate, what is useful on the site and fix what is not.
  • To keep the site secure and working correctly.

My legal basis is your consent (for the newsletter and for contacting me) and my legitimate interest in running and improving a secure site. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

Third parties I rely on

I keep third parties to a minimum and use trusted providers for specific functions:

  • Payment processing. If you ever pay for a subscription or service, payment is handled by Stripe. I do not see or store your full card details — Stripe processes them under its own privacy terms.
  • Analytics. Site usage analytics are processed through my own privacy-respecting analytics, not sold or shared with advertising networks.
  • Scheduling. If you book a call, the booking is handled through a scheduling service so we can find a time.

I never sell your personal data, and I never share it for third-party advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep your contact details and messages only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our conversation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics may be retained longer because it no longer identifies you. We retain aggregate site analytics for approximately 24 months. Contact details, messages, and account or newsletter data are kept until you ask us to delete them, or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. As a California business, we honor verifiable deletion and access requests under the CCPA/CPRA.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data I hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask me to delete your data.
  • Object to or restrict how I use it.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter).

To exercise any of these, just email me at [email protected] and I will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and a restrictive security policy on this site. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but I work hard to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the site evolves. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
