Billing
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we make it right — through revisions and re-work, not a scramble for a refund.
Effective date: July 3, 2026
The heart of this policy is simple: we would rather fix a problem than argue about a refund. Because our work is bespoke and hands-on, our fees are generally non-refundable. In exchange, we back every engagement with a goodwill guarantee — if a deliverable isn't right, tell us and we will revise and re-work it within the agreed scope until it meets what we committed to. This is the honest, dispute-reducing way to run a services business, and it protects both sides.
Different offerings carry different terms. The rules below apply unless your signed service agreement says otherwise; where they differ, the service agreement controls.
This covers project-based work such as MVP Rescue, website builds, automation, and integrations. These are billed by milestone, and:
Templates, downloads, recordings, and other digital goods that are delivered or unlocked immediately are non-refundable, because they cannot be returned once accessed.
If something isn't right, email [email protected] and tell us what's wrong. Within the scope we agreed, we will revise and re-work the deliverable — that is how we make it right. This applies across every offering above and is deliberately generous: standing behind the work is better for you and for us than a money-back scramble.
Almost every billing issue can be resolved quickly if you tell us about it. So:
These non-refundable terms apply except where a refund is required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions — for example, mandatory consumer-protection rights in the EU and UK — grant rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy removes a non-waivable statutory right you may have, and where such a right applies, we honor it. This carve-out keeps the policy enforceable rather than void.
Non-refundable terms, deposits, and milestone structure are agreed at the point of purchase and set out in the service agreement you sign with Aashapura LLC before work begins. By paying a deposit or invoice, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and the accompanying service agreement. We do not publish fixed prices here — pricing is scoped to your project on a call — and this policy governs the terms once a deal closes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Failed or reversed payments may pause work until resolved.

This page is a good-faith policy, not legal advice, and we are not your lawyers. It describes our standard approach; for the specifics of your engagement, consult your signed service agreement, which governs. We recommend having any policy you rely on reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.
